Monthly Meditation Workshop
Awakening of the “I”
Awakening of the "I" is a 10 monthly meditation workshop. Each topic acts as a conduit that has a connection with the previous one, starting from love, all the way to it's relation to health. Every meditation in this workshop provides a deep understanding of the relationship between one's inner-self and outer experiences.
The programme is open to all to join and experience the insights that come forward as we progress through various topics leading to a new vision and an awakened self.
You can register for the upcoming meditations and purchase the recordings of the past sessions below. Thank you!
