Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind after the payment has been completed. It is very important that you read the product page, title and description thoroughly and agree to the terms of purchase.
Because the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- You by mistake purchased two of the same product or services by your error. We'll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Just drop us a note here!
- There is a technical problem with the product
First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files or service provided that cannot be resolved, please let us know. Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created. Final decision to refund is with the administrator of this website.
- The product was misrepresented in the description
We consider an item to be "misrepresented" when the delivered item or service does not match the described function in the product description, or when an item stated to be included is not delivered. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an item.
A digital product is be misrepresented if you the buyer believes that the item is of lower quality in comparison to other items in the market.
We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:
- You no longer need the purchased digital product or service booked.
- You found another digital product you like better, or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.
- You don’t have sufficient expertise or understanding to use the product.
- You don’t have the correct software, access to internet or face other technical challenges to use the product.
- You bought an item by your error of judgement, and our system shows that the digital product was streamed and/ or downloaded.
- You feel that the digital file or item is of low quality.
- You are having trouble downloading the product because your internet bandwidth is not enough, is unstable, cannot handle the bytes of download, or similar issues related to internet service at your end.
- You claim the item has a technical issue but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue. Sufficient evidence includes, but not limited to, data log, video proof of the product, audio proof of the product, screenshots of the error etc.
- Your purchase was a digital download, digital streaming or any other digital product listed on this website.
- You agreed to terms of purchase before making the payment.
- Free streaming and free download products are deemed as of zero commercial value, thus do not warrant a refund.
